USCA has the right to assign booth spaces to all vendors and will have final say on where booths are located.

Vendor Information:

This year we will be trying something a bit different instead of a raffle to be held during the event.  In an attempt to reach more people, other than those attending the show who purchase raffle tickets, all donated items will be offered in an online auction where anyone across the country can bid.  Winners do not need to be attending the National show.

As part of the auction format, pictures of the items donated by vendors will appear on the auction page, along with a link to the vendors website or Facebook page.  Online auctions work better with larger ticket items rather than small items.  Click here to view the auction page.

  • 10 x 10 space space requires a donation of $125 (wholesale) worth of items for our online auction
    • Vendors receive their logo/listing on this web page
    • A Quarter page color ad in the event catalog
    • Their website link on donated items on auction listing
  • 10 x 20 space requires a donation of $250 (wholesale) worth of items for our online auction
    • Vendors receive their logo/listing on this web page
    • A Half page color ad in the event catalog
    • Their website link on donated items on auction listing

ALL vendor ads that will be appearing in the catalog MUST be received by August 7, 2022 to be included in the catalog!

ALL vendors are required to participate in the YOUTH EXPERIENCE (i.e. donating a single small item to each youth who has sport medal book).

Vendors may bring 10×10 pop-up tents. USCA is not responsible for any loss of damage. Vendors needing additional, tables, chairs, or electricity may rent that directly from the hotel. Once you have registered with USCA as a vendor, we will send you contact information for additional supplies.
