Registration for the 2019 USCA Sieger Show

Breeders may enter more than one Kennel Group. Stock Coat and Long Stock Coat Kennel Group(s) will be judged separately.

Registration deadline: ON TIME ENTRIES due by August 31, 2019, LATE ENTRIES accepted until September 15, 2019 

REMINDER: All paperwork must be received by September 15, 2019.

Please submit all your paperwork by email to scorebook@germanshepherddog.com, or upload them to your entry.

Please understand that the catalog will be printed EXACTLY AS YOU ENTER your information on-line and that you are solely responsible for double checking all spelling, capitalization and punctuation for your entry(ies).

4-12 Month Classes

$85 for on time entry – $105 late entry fee

  • Proof of tattoo or micro-chip
  • AKC registration & pedigree if possible
  • Proof of vaccines

12-24 Month Classes, Open Classes & RH Class

12-24 month – $95 for on time entry  – $115 late entry fee

Open class $110 for on time entry – $130 late entry fee

RH – $110 on time entry – $120 late entry fee

  • Proof of tattoo or micro-chip (may be a previous signed show card)
  • AKC registration & 4 generation pedigree
  • Proof of vaccines

Working & Veteran Classes

Working $135 on time entry – $155 late entry fee

HGH Working $135 on time entry – $155 late entry fee

Veteran $100 on time entry – $120 late entry fee

  • Proof of tattoo or micro-chip (may be a previous signed show card)
  • AKC registration & 4 generation pedigree
  • Hip & elbow certification
  • Breed Survey
  • Copy of scorebook for proof of titles
  • Proof of vaccines
